We Vet & Match

Our brokers verify your documentation and match your inventory against active buyer requirements. No cold calls, no wasted time.

Facilitated Close

We handle introductions and support the deal through to close. Our commission is collected only on successful transactions.

Seller Requirements

We work with verified principals and mandate holders only. All sellers must be able to provide the following:

Proof of product (POP) documentation
Full corporate KYC / AML compliance package
Verifiable chain of custody
Ability to meet ASTM / DEF STAN specifications
Willingness to sign NCNDA / IMFPA prior to buyer introduction

Contract Acknowledgment

I understand that prior to buyer introduction, I will be required to execute a Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NCNDA) and an Irrevocable Master Fee Protection Agreement (IMFPA) with Smith and Jones Outpost. *I understand that a Seller Contract will be issued and must be completed in full before any buyer contract is initiated. The seller contract is the first step in the transaction flow. *I acknowledge that Smith and Jones Outpost operates on a commission-only basis. Commission terms will be specified in the Seller Contract and IMFPA. *
